1. Acceptance of Terms

ZeroCore AB provides technology consulting services for consumer electronics companies entering the European market, including:

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Cooperate with ZeroCore AB in a timely and professional manner
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed in the service agreement
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared by ZeroCore AB

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services, including but not limited to software, documentation, methodologies, and deliverables, remain the property of ZeroCore AB unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own data and proprietary information.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Invoices are issued according to the agreed schedule in the service agreement
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services

6. Limitation of Liability

ZeroCore AB's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Clients are responsible for any costs associated with data export or service transition.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

9. Changes to Terms

ZeroCore AB reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
